CEC screens use Firestone patented vertical rubber isolator mounts rather than springs. The advantages include smoother start up and shut down plus increasing isolation as the load increases. Springs bottom out under load. CEC provides a horizontal isolation system that reduces start up and shut down bucking to near zero.

Speed and screen stroke are adjustable. The longer the stroke the slower the speed. Higher speed increased probability of fine material. Consult CEC before you change screen speeds or weight.

CEC can provide most screens in low profile configurations.

Motor, sheaves, drive belts, drive guards, flywheel guards, sub frames, feed boxes with liners, rubber isolation and torque snubbers are all standard equipment, screen cloth is not included.
